I’m Lauren Carroll and I’m here to help you find your dream home or sell your existing property. I’ve been working in real estate for over a decade, focusing on my hometown of Brookline, Massachusetts, and the surrounding neighborhoods of Newton, Boston, Weston, and more. I’ve lived in Brookline for most of my life.
The Greater Boston area neighborhoods are ingrained in my being, and I love each one for a multitude of reasons. Brookline, Newton, JP, and Chestnut Hill real estate is my specialty, and nothing feels better than helping people find a new home in my favorite neighborhoods.
I went to Lawrence Elementary School and Brookline High School — and I know the area like the back of my hand. I’ve watched some things change, while others have stayed just the same (thank goodness for Pino’s Pizza!).
I rely on intimate knowledge and hometown connection to do the very best for my clients looking to buy or sell in these wonderful neighborhoods. I’m not transient nor passing through, the Greater Boston Area is my home, and I’m proud to raise my family here.
I’ve watched the regional market for well over a decade, and I will apply my knowledge and foresight of the Brookline, Newton, JP, and Chestnut Hill real estate trends to your next purchase or sale.
I’ll work hard every day to meet and exceed your goals and expectations. Having received my marketing degree from the University of Miami and participated in over $250 million in residential sales, I’m a strong negotiator and will advocate for you every step of the way. I’ll also use my local connections to bring a level of ease to what can be a complex process.
For sellers, that might mean staging your home to show off its best qualities or hiring the best professional photographer to take reference-level pictures that pop. For buyers, that could be connecting you to the best local contractors to advise on renovations or the most knowledgeable inspectors to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. I’m very happy and comfortable with sourcing and recommending local people to do great work.
I’m married to a Brookline firefighter and have two boys at Baker School in South Brookline, so I’m actively involved in community events from youth hockey to school planning. I’d be happy to show you around my favorite restaurants and other local spots.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just looking to learn about the Brookline, Newton, and Chestnut Hill real estate markets, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
I look forward to showing you the best of Brookline and beyond!
