I’m Lauren Carroll and I’m here to help you find your dream home or sell your existing property. I went to Lawrence Elementary School and Brookline High School — and I know the area like the back of my hand. Kristin has worked closely with Lauren since 2019 as her transaction coordinator. She combines her passion for people and love of real estate to create a seamless experience for Lauren’s clients during the buying/selling process. She is a vital part of creating an exceptional client experience. In addition to setting up home searches and finding market comparable data, she also handles the establishment of MLS listings, monitors transaction paperwork and timelines, manages property advertising and social media marketing.
Kristin is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. In her spare time she and her husband have a woodworking and interior design business where they build furniture and other decorative elements for the home. She also enjoys antiquing, reading and traveling.
